Things are normally pretty slow during February, with may be the chance of that big cod or some spur dogs showing up, but really it’s the month for the hard core anglers amongst you who no there’s a realistic chance of catching nothing, but in saying that it can also chuck up some surprises.
We need to be looking at the small tides 4.0m and under so we can get off shore to the banks.
I will be butting in a couple of trips at the end of the month on the bigger tides for a bit of plaice fishing off the blocks. Because it literally just out side the harbour I’m going to do these for £25.00 per head. Supply your own bait.
